Vegas Baby!

Saturday June 28th was our 5th anniversary (time flies, huh?), so we decided to take a short vacation just the two of us. We haven't taken a real vacation in 3 years and haven't been without kids for more than a night since Cassidy was born, so it was definitely overdue. We went to Vegas for a few days and had a great time. We dropped the girls off in Utah with grandma and grandpa Wozab, who spoiled them of course (it wouldn't be a weekend at grandma's house otherwise would it?). Unfortunately, none of us got many pics of them at grandma and grandpa's house, but here is one of the two of them there:

While in Vegas, we saw two shows, including Cirque Du Soliel's Mystere, which was awesome. We didn't have much time to gamble, but did sit down at a blackjack table for a few hours with $50 each and ended up walking away with $100 each, so that was nice. Coincidentally, it was the same weekend that Tris's high school buddy, Brian, was getting married in Vegas (on our anniversary none the less!), so we attended the wedding and got to see some of Tris's old friends and their wives/families at the same time.

Here is a picture of everyone, except the bride and groom.

We drove back to Utah on Sunday afternoon so that Tris could finish installing the cabinets and mantle he built for Cathy and Mike's Bed and Breakfast. These pictures don't do them justice, but you can at least get the idea:
